Sai is a young entrepreneur from New York. She is determined to bring El Paso, San Antonio, and eventually Las Vegas exquisite, authentic, Thai cuisine. Although born and raised in the United State by her Thai immigrant parents, Sai has stayed rooted in Thai traditions.
Aside for being the owner, she is also a contributing chef to the Thai American fusion dishes on our menu.
